LOVE this story!

Such a positive message & fun story- we highly recommend listening to the narration & song with the link on the back cover. Both adults & kids love the accompanying song!

Classic

My students love every pete the cat book. This is the one that got them excited to read!

Pete the Cat

The Pete the Cat series is a great collection of children's books! My daughter can't get enough of the catchy tunes and fun illustrations, and I love that there's a free download of the books on the publisher's website. This book even taught my daughter the phrase, "Oh, no!" when she was about 18-months-old. It was really funny to hear her running around the house exclaiming, "Oh, no! Oh, no!" and she loves learning her colors with this book as well.

love this book!!

I love this book. The illustrations are so colorful and Pete's expressions are priceless. The message of the book is uplifting for kids and for adults. Highly recommend!

I love my blue shoes...

An entertaining read for parent and child. Sing along with Pete the Cat as he traipses from mess to mess only to find out "It's all good."

just so-so

My 8yo enjoyed it, I just thought it was so-so. Perhaps if I had listened to the song online (a URL is provided in the book) I would have liked it better...

"it's all good"

I love this book! It is excellent for preschoolers. I would surely read this to a class, a storytime group, and my own small relations. It is funny, charming, smart, memorable.

I read it to my 3 year old niece and she memorized it and is still walking along retelling the book, because it's all good.

There is a follow-up book with Pete the cat due out in July 2011. Exciting.
