Interesting Influences submitted by Meginator on August 31, 2019, 11:21pm There’s a lot to the Guess Who beyond their biggest hits, and I was surprised by the range of influences that play into their sound, including hints of blues and jazz that mesh perfectly with a general classic rock vibe. Most of the tracks are fairly laid back, with catchy choruses and guitar licks and a sense of progression as the album (and the band’s career) unfolds. This compilation has me eager to dig deeper into the group’s catalogue.
