Now I Like Her submitted by jaegerla on August 23, 2010, 9:13am Before reading this book I had a pretty low opinion of Sarah Silverman. It seemed like she worked her way up based on good looks and cheap humor and I was reading the book for, I don't know, some form of cheap thrill mixed with curiosity. She didn't interest me and didn't strike me as doing anything THAT new or THAT edgy to have earned such a large fanbase. But after reading the book I decided that I like her. I especially loved hearing about her stint on SNL and the pencil stabbing incident. It was also a pretty interesting balance between her sharing private experiences as well as keeping you at arm's length. I feel like she told me all about herself but didn't invade the privacy of other people she knows. If there are people out there that don't like Sarah, give this book a try and maybe she'll change your mind, too.

Candid Sara Silverman submitted by pamhockey25 on July 11, 2022, 3:23pm I saw an interview with Sarah Silverman and thought it would be interesting to know more about her. She definitely has an interesting life. I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would, but if you are a fan, you might like it better than I did.
