CLIMATE PANEL DISCUSSION:The City of Ann Arbor continues its series on Sustainable Ann Arbor on Wednesday March 12 at 7 pm at the Downtown Library with a session on Climate and Adaptation and how to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
PUBLIC FORUM: Offer your opinion about a proposed redesign of the entrance to the Downtown Library on Thursday, March 13 at 5:30 pm at the Downtown Library.
SCI-TECH EVENTS: On Saturday, March 15 at the Downtown Library, kids can get hands-on computer programming experience at 2 pm and all ages can try out great new Intel games developed by U-M's Student Game Development Club at 4 pm. On Sunday, March 16 at the Downtown Library, popular robot wrestling (pictured above) returns in an exciting hands-on event for teens at 1 pm.
HANDS-ON SCIENCE WORKSHOP: Kids can learn about present day predators on Saturday, March 15 at 10 am at the Pittsfield Branch.
GAMES OF STRATEGY: Kids, teens and adults are invited to show off their chess skills on Sunday, March 16 at the Traverwood Branch at 1 pm.
CRAFT: Local crafter Beth Battey demonstrates the Japanese art of crocheting small, stuffed toys at a Pittsfield Branch event for adults and teens on Sunday, March 16 at 2 pm.
