Fairy Tales BPC submitted by sarah fishburn on July 21, 2021, 12:03pm These are unadulterated "fairy" tales; magical classics as told Before Political Correctness was a thing. They are terrifically well-written and preserved, but not for the squeamish, nor for parents as read aloud stories if they are unwilling to stop and discuss "problematical" ideas, events, characterizations. They were taken from a variety of cultures. Arthur Rackham's illustrations are detailed and brilliant.
