adventurous submitted by michael007 on July 4, 2013, 7:20am This book is so adventurous!

Right to the point submitted by mowjac on August 28, 2018, 3:16pm She gets it so well: the fear, the hesitation, the holding oneself back. And she offers so much compassion--if you can really be present with this book it can open your life up. Simple prose and straightforward talk about being human.

Free Your Mind submitted by rmhawkins on June 23, 2020, 11:56am An essential book of Pema Chodron on what holds us back within ourselves
