Gives a positive--silver lining?--view of disasters submitted by hathaway1066 on August 17, 2013, 7:53pm Good antidote/balance to a 'prepper'/survivalist outlook in which all is grim, violent, and chaotic after a disaster. This side of post-disaster response needs to be understood and supported by official disaster plans.
