Cute and comfy fiction submitted by mickplu on June 16, 2018, 10:57pm This is probably my favorite Keillor book. A group of Lake Wobegons travel to Italy to honor the grave of a local war hero. For a twist, Keillor injects himself into the book as a minor character, much disliked by his fellow townspeople. The main character Margie is hoping to rekindle her marriage on the trip to Italy and has a few surprise "lessons" occur. I loved the characters and of course, he does a fantastic job of describing the Minnesotan values and attitudes.
