Realistic portrayals submitted by mrajraspn08 on June 17, 2014, 6:57pm Characters are multidimensional and often surprise you, as does a satisfying plot twist towards the end. The main character's epilepsy is very real, as is her struggle to come to terms with her ex's homosexuality. The downside is that it can be a little dull at times, a little too true to life in that it focuses on the day-to-day, and some points are a little predictable. Not the best of books, but it has its moments.
