great workout submitted by adimarzo on August 25, 2011, 10:50am This DVD provides 3 20-minute workouts, intended to be used progressively as your conditioning gets better (i.e. start with level 1 and then as you get in better shape, move on to level 2, then level 3). Each session covers cardio, strength training and abs in one short high energy workout. The workouts are challenging. Jillian is motivating without being obnoxious. Great for fitting in a workout when you don't have a lot of time.

Nice workouts submitted by kittenkat101 on June 14, 2019, 3:43pm Super short (20 minute) workouts. This DVD provides 3 levels, and each level incorporates strength, cardio, and core training. All you need is a little space and some light weights. I'm a fan of this when I don't have time to make it to the gym.
