Carmen Miranda [Chiquita Hart], Michael O'Shea [Staff Sgt. Rocky Fulton], Vivian Blaine [Blossom Hart]. With Phil Silvers [Harry Hart], Sheila Ryan [Melanie Walker], Perry Como [Sgt. The Hart cousins - Blossom, Harry, and Chiquita - inherit Southern plantation Magnolia Manor, which proves to be a 'termite trap' and tax liability. They decide to turn the place into a hotel for army wives and put on a show to pay bills.
