Interesting submitted by ejmarcash on August 22, 2012, 9:30pm I had heard about this from my friend who teaches first grade and decided to check this out for my children. My 4 year old son was fascinated by the little creatures and grew concerned over Shakespeare, who was bitten by a poisonous asp. I found it interesting to watch the habits, behavior and drama unfold in this meerkat colony.
