This is serious embroidery! submitted by teri on August 29, 2018, 2:49pm Both machine and hand embroidery are covered in this well-done book, and excellent photos inspire creativity. Nature is a teacher, and many of the patterns are taken from dandelion seed heads, rocks in a stream bed, grass, etc., You are shown photos of the natural element, followed by several stitched examples of where that pattern might take you.
