COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A Great Summer Read! submitted by Susan Harrison on June 13, 2007, 10:14pm We waited for this book for a long time and read it together as a family in three days. Suzanne Collins did a wonderful job of weaving the story of tender relationships that developed in the midst of a terrible war. For those who need an engaging, well written series while waiting for the last Harry Potter, this is it!

Great Series submitted by slsk on July 13, 2011, 3:47pm An exciting end to a great series! I loved how Gregor's other sister, Lizzie, finally got some face time... her character deserved it! I wish the ending could have been a little different, but I realize that this is really the most logical way to end the series. But it definitely made me wish for more books, or at least an epilogue to see where Gregor ends up a few years down the line!

Pretty Good! submitted by catlover17 on July 16, 2011, 6:04pm This book actually isn't that bad, and i was drawn in to all the action. I think it's really cute that Gregor and Luxa like each other, even though I figured that it would happen in the end of the book.

Gregor the Overlander submitted by 0liviap0pp on August 13, 2011, 8:52am I first read Suzanne Collins' Hunger Games series and liked it, so I read the Gregor the Overlander books as well. They are very good!

aww submitted by alumeng.ajl on August 16, 2011, 7:32am this book was ok. i didn't really like the ending. i think that they should have stayed in the underland. gregor and luxa are perfect together!

Good book submitted by kathscot on June 30, 2016, 1:44pm Good ending to the series.

Great finish to the series! submitted by Xris on August 28, 2018, 8:02pm Gregor has to help save the Underworld again. But I liked how Lizzie (not normally featured in the books) was needed to help solve the puzzles. Great end to the series!

The end of a great series submitted by arader24 on June 28, 2022, 6:03pm This series deserved a great ending and that's exactly what it got. I read this series every couple of years. I love it!
