COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Colonial History for Kids submitted by sdunav on June 12, 2015, 7:35pm Free verse, historical fiction (but based on facts)...aimed at kids but the topics (slavery, death) are pretty dark. The fact that it's poetry doesn't make it any less grim, but it is a beautiful book, nonetheless. And ultimately uplifting.
