COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Good submitted by mdfalb on July 1, 2014, 6:15pm I really like Thich Nhat Hanh, but sometimes find his ideas hard to digest. Overall, worth the read, although there are better Buddhist/mindfulness texts out there. I do know Hanh resonates greatly for many people, so it's worth a shot.
