Real Romance submitted by emily on July 2, 2011, 9:30pm Nightwatch may very well be my favorite of the "Tall, Dark & Dangerous" series. There's something so endearing about Navy Cheif Wes Skelly, SEAL Team 16's Least Likely to Star in His Own Romance, finding love and happiness. I love Wes, precisely because he's not the usual gorgeous, perfect hunky hero. Wes is flawed in interesting ways, he's rough around the edges with a heart of gold but a penchant for saying the wrong thing. In a word, he's very human and in my opinion probably the most realistic of all Suzanne's Navy boys.

And I love Brittaney, his leading lady. Again, this heroine isn't young or perfectly beautiful. She is, however, one Kick-Ass hot mama, and exactly what Wes Skelly needs in his life.Their story is one that's all too relateable to those of us who've had to go around the block once or twice before we found our soul mate. And we can cheer at Wes and Brittaney's triumph of hope over experience and finding love really is sweeter the second time around.

There's also a deftly handled, suspenseful sub-plot about a stalker--one that is genuinely twisty and surprising. Suzanne really is the absolute best at this sort of thing.

Pick this one up and settle in for the night...or more likely the week-end, because you won't want to put it down.
