Science-based submitted by mrajraspn08 on July 1, 2014, 10:40am The references in the back were a selling point for me. Few diet books are written by an actual nutritionist, but this one is. The science makes sense to me. Not being a nutritionist myself, I'm not sure how valid the information is, but I find it easier to trust than 99% of the others.
