Mehhh submitted by Sonia on June 29, 2011, 5:50pm A mediocre ending to what should have been a kick ass trilogy. Why is hollywood so obsessed with trilogy's anyways?

sweet! submitted by Pareenaz9 on July 10, 2011, 11:12am this was an awesome movie with lots of action!

awesome submitted by jszchen on August 18, 2011, 9:33pm I love action movies

Mr. Anderson submitted by crazypockets on August 11, 2013, 1:41pm A lot of people didn't like this ending, but I definitely did. It had great action, a little mix of tragedy, and a healthy dose of hope. There were some terrific philosophical ideas floated in this one, too.

Creating an obvious villan submitted by beeniepie on August 11, 2013, 2:56pm The third installment was a complete disappointment. I can't shake the feeling that some studio big whig pressured the Wachowski Brothers to inflate Agent Smith's villan role. The series did a great job pitting the humans against the machines. To suddenly switch the battle away from that, and a single rogue machine (I'm guessing they are trying to allude he's a computer virus) made this a cheap B version of a sci fi film.

Worth Seeing submitted by rmhawkins on June 24, 2014, 8:12pm While many critics have cited disappointment with this film, I believe the second and the third movies are underrated. I love when Neo and the many Agent Smiths fight towards the end of the film.

Revolutions submitted by SBNB on July 17, 2014, 10:32pm Not the best, but it's nice to see some resolution to the story.

Not good submitted by ishhewitt on July 14, 2016, 6:45pm You don't need to watch this film. It was not good compared to the first two.

OK submitted by dahyatt on July 16, 2018, 8:22pm Not bad but not nearly as good as the first one. It's worth watching only because you want to finish the trilogy.

Full Blown Anime submitted by valjean on August 26, 2018, 11:32am This one is probably too much like Dragonball Z (or other shonen) and Evangelion to be really satisfying to most people. Although eastern audiences may be used to heavy philosophy and discussion interspersed in their action scenes, it is probably too heavy on both at the same time some how. The action scenes are really supposed to be barely within the limits of possible, but somehow fail to impress. At the same time, the philosophic discussions are too concentrated and knotted to be enjoyable within the framework of a movie going experience. And, unfortunately it doesn't get better with multiple viewings. I enjoyed it a lot, but unless you go in specifically looking for these extreme delves into action and philosophy, you may find this exhausting instead of enjoyable like the first in the trilogy.

Disappointing submitted by lstorc on August 27, 2018, 5:01pm The trilogy got worse as it continued on, ending in this unimaginative attempt at dystopia.

Not nearly as good as the first one submitted by jessNU on August 31, 2018, 10:51pm Kind of a let down
