COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Alphabet of espionage submitted by FordAlpha on August 11, 2023, 10:49pm I absolutely love this ridiculous alphabet book. Although it's not likely to contribute much in teaching kids their letters, it's hilarious for adult readers and kids alike. The hapless spies' antics parody James Bond-type spy tropes; I can almost hear the Henry Mancini soundtrack as they sneak (and bungle) around. Some of the letters are awkward fits, and the rhyming couplets occasionally miss their marks. But who could resist this: "Agent P's fast-acting Poison / Doesn't work, and that annoys him"? Not I.
