After her death at the hands of The Master and a summer vacation spent with her father, Buffy returns to Sunnydale in a strangely withdrawn and snappy mood. She's also determined to break off her relationship with Angel and seems a little too eager to renew her Slayer training. But getting Angel out of her blood proves to be harder than she thought. And as the two draw even closer together, their passion erupts into a danger neither of them could have forseen - affecting not only Vampire and Slayer, but all of Buffy's friends and family, and even her Watcher...

Consequences submitted by brady.emmett on July 27, 2011, 7:49am The show really finds its pace and place in the second season. We get lots of chemistry from all of the cast, as relationships are formed all over the place. We get Oz and Cordelia inducted to the Scooby Gang for reals, and Spike makes his first appearance. The overarching theme of the season is the Buffy / Angel relationship, which definitely has its moments.

This disc features episodes where the consequences of previous actions are really understood. Angelus continues his terror and we learn that no one is safe. Favorite moment on this disc is when Xander joins the swim team.
