I borrow this book from a friend and seem to be always using it. There are lots of great patterns, most of which are quick knits.
Good for beginner but "grows" with you!
I got this book when I first started knitting, about 7 years ago. It helps you learn techniques, like knitting in the round, and helps you learn how to follow a pattern. I have visuospatial limitations, so sometimes I just did not "get it" but if I followed the clear directions, the project would still turn out. I have made: baby cloche, sweetheart sweater, hat with earflaps and thumbless mittens. Really helped me understand picking up stitches too. One of my FAVORITE knitting books. Cute baby pics too!
