Great series submitted by ashflowtuff on June 28, 2012, 12:47pm Definitely read this series. Don't be intimidated by the length of the books. You will get sucked in and finish them faster that you think. Read them before you watch the TV show. This is one of the best fantasy stories I've read.

Ok, but not as gripping. submitted by Joe on July 12, 2012, 5:34pm This book was frustrating at first but it really grew on me. It rounded out some characters and allow them to grow.

Feast For Crows submitted by SBNB on July 22, 2012, 2:28pm A Feast for Crows isn't the worst book in this series, but it certainly isn't a great book. This series gives readers interesting characters and a captivating world, but despite these things, it's hardly worth reading. The books are bogged down by too many details and would be much better with a few hundred pages edited out. I love reading and I also love the fantasy genre, but these books are just torture to get through. I only keep reading them because I hate leaving things unfinished. Think twice before reading A Song of Ice and Fire.

Dry submitted by Aimless on July 24, 2019, 2:39pm Sadly this book was not fun to read

4th installment submitted by Angela Argento on August 20, 2020, 4:13pm I continue to enjoy this series and recommend reading the books in addition to watching the series.

Good development submitted by Edigaet1 on August 15, 2021, 12:44pm Agreeing with an earlier review, the character development is amazing, compensating for the slight plot slowness. I continue to enjoy the series.
