A Stirring, Thoughtful Read
Although it took me some time to finish this - it was well worth the wait to get to the end! The tale is a multiple-generational account woven through decades of pain, love, sadness, and rejoicing. It is a real asset to have the story set in real life historical contexts. Bebe Moore Campbell proves, once again, her incredible value as a heartfelt, timeless writer.
