Don't Like It submitted by jarroyo on July 29, 2013, 11:37am I don't like this print. I don't think it's pretty. I don't understand what it's supposed to be.

Abstract Love submitted by ctennant1 on January 23, 2015, 4:47pm I had no idea how much joy this painting would imbue! I just love it, I actually would love to own it. Can't explain this emotional response, but it works. The balance and colors are simply perfect!

Exhibited at UMMA in Fall, 2013 submitted by jgetty on June 20, 2015, 8:29am The UMMA - University of Michigan Art Museum - had a exhibit of Gottleib in Oct 2013 that was very enjoyable. I like his bold colors and especially his whimsical mobiles.

Apaquogue submitted by SBNB on August 21, 2018, 10:20pm I actually might love this one. I like the juxtaposition of the order above (spheres) and disorder below (black scribbles). I don't know what it's "supposed" to be, but that's what I see in it.

Apaquogue submitted by c_zhang on June 15, 2019, 11:11pm I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, but I like the composition of it.

Apaquogue submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 17, 2019, 3:57pm I like the way the three dots stand out on the plain canvas and anything important stands out a lot.

Apaquogue submitted by Varshini on June 19, 2019, 11:48pm I don't know what this is, but I like the three circles.

Apaquogue submitted by JY 2005 on June 20, 2019, 7:20pm I can't really tell what this is suppose to be, but the characters on the bottom look interesting.

cool submitted by .-.-.-. on July 4, 2019, 2:40pm It looks like they are fighting. I like the dark shade of the people, it fits the theme very well. I think that Gottlieb used the shape attribute very well. 4/5 stars.

Reminiscent of Japanese calligraphy submitted by psgriffi on January 13, 2020, 11:08pm This piece reminds me of Japanese calligraphy. It looks like a calligrapher spent the day wrestling with something on the bottom while the sun above charted its course across the sky, changing color as it moved.
