Another fantastic book

I am happy to have accidently stumbled upon Bernd Heinrich last winter when I bought my wife "Winter World" as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. His books are well researched and absolutely pleasant reads. This book is no exception. I'm not particularly fond of running but he has certainly stoked a bit of desire within me.
This books looks at the evolutionary history of human running through his own story of running. Part scientific exploration on the subject, part memoir.
enjoy!
