good submitted by alumeng.ajl on July 26, 2011, 5:14pm really good. Cant wait to see her and Jed again in Palace of Mirrors!
BORING!!! submitted by shalinigurl on July 4, 2012, 11:53am This book stinks with a suckish plot. I love Marget peterson Haddix's other books but this one is horrible!
If you like Medieval type stories submitted by Josie Brown on July 28, 2014, 1:59pm I liked the story and admired Ella's rebellious manner.
Not What It Seems submitted by Natmare on July 23, 2018, 8:50am While I enjoyed this book, it wasn't what I was expecting. Some things, such as Ella's relationships seemed a bit rushed, and most of the people working in the castle seemed too rigid in their ways to empathize with them. I will read the sequel because there was much left unsaid.
