Harriet Tubman for Children submitted by crazypockets on June 16, 2012, 2:38pm This is a really nice biography of Harriet Tubman written for children. It tells the story of the famous Underground Railroad "conductor" and her childhood making her more easy to relate to for younger children. I think the best part is that it's illustrated by Jerry Pinkney who is a phenomenal artist and one of the world's best loved children's book illustrator.
