It's okay

Of the three anthologies, this one is riddled with the most low fidelity recordings and speeches. Not to say that's a bad thing, it's just that at the end of the day most of it is interesting, but not exactly warranting a second listen through. It's interesting to hear their audition for Decca, an audition which they did not pass. It seems strange, now of course, that any label could have passed on the biggest musical group of all time, but listen to Sheik of Araby, Three Cool Cats, and Besame Mucho and tell me you wouldn't have made the same decision.

There are a few good alternate versions of our favourite songs, but the two standouts are the one "new" song, "Free As A Bird," and a cover of "Shout," which is ninety seconds of pure rock and roll featuring all four of the boys trading vocals.
