It's GRRRREAT! submitted by tbbrown76 on June 17, 2014, 5:24pm Back when this came out I thought it was the best music I have ever heard on one album. With the possible exception of Rumours, I still think it is right up there.

A tad overrated submitted by McCartney McCoy on July 28, 2015, 8:51am Don't get me wrong: I LOVE the Beatles. These compilation albums annoy me a bit, though. If you think you're only ever going to have a casual interest in the Beatles, or feel a need to at least own one CD by them, get "1". If you know you like them more, get some of their original albums - the boys put a lot of thought into ordering those tracks and making them sound good together as an album, not like the music of the "mix and match" era of iTunes that we live in today.

late greatest hits submitted by tisaallen on June 15, 2022, 9:56am I grew up with this record and it got me into the Beatles. It has lots of non-album singles but the album tracks don't flow together as well as on their proper homes.
