Fuzzy Experimental Rock submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 8:30am It’s important to understand going into this album that it’s an early example of experimental rock, and as such it isn’t always particularly pleasant to listen to even if it is consistently interesting. The band has a knack for finding deep and dark grooves, particularly evident on the shorter tracks, and their sound remains fairly unique even as elements of it have filtered down into different styles of music throughout the years. This is a great example of music that is important and influential, but not always easy on the ears.
