COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Great submitted by ljq on July 21, 2011, 9:59am Molly celebrates halloween WWII style by making her own costume. When her brother threatens to ruin the holiday for her and her friends, she learns about herself. I enjoyed this book and the entire series years ago and they're a fun read for anyone.

American Girl submitted by 0liviap0pp on August 22, 2011, 7:36am This is great American Girl book.

Meet Molly submitted by SBNB on July 28, 2012, 11:10pm This book takes place during WWII in the US. Molly is a lively girl whose life has been changed because of the war, but that doesn't mean that she won't still have everyday problems like eating disgusting food or fighting with her brother. It's a great, educational book for all girls.

Hi submitted by ccrose on August 31, 2019, 11:59pm Could we be friends?

reading this with my daughter 30 years later submitted by laurat on June 21, 2022, 10:00pm I read this book as a kid and am now reading with my daughter - she liked it. Learning about Molly's family's sacrifices (because of WWII going on) was an interesting conversation starter for us, as I'm trying to help her be more cognizant of what's going on in the world today and why it sometimes means we should behave differently, or buy/consume differently.

Great submitted by TLW1998 on June 22, 2022, 11:38am My 7 year old and I love the Molly books.
