COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Entertaining submitted by trina05 on June 20, 2023, 8:03pm Plenty of action, delightful songs (I love peaches and Jack Black), and mournful stars. Lots of nostalgic tidbits, but plenty of fresh materials for the young ones.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie submitted by SBNB on June 29, 2023, 12:14pm Overall, it was enjoyable. My kids loved it. I wish Yoshi was more a part of it, and I would have preferred if the Brooklyn storyline at the beginning had been shorter. It hit a lot of the fun elements from the video games, but I wanted more--- more battles, more worlds, more of the iconic characters. But I guess there’s only so much you can do in 90 minutes while still trying to include a plot. There were some funny moments, some memorable lines, and there was a satisfying ending. So all in all, I liked it, but I left the theater wanting more. Hopefully, we’ll get a sequel to satisfy people like me.

Fun family movie submitted by Bethybeth07 on July 9, 2023, 10:05pm Well enjoyed by young and old alike

Super mario Bros movie submitted by NinjaUnicorn on July 20, 2023, 4:30pm Love the movie. We watched it 20 times.(my little brother knows it by heart!!) Love it, though because the songs are catchy and the pictures seem almost real! There is this one place I always here a high pitched noise. In conclusion, it's a great movie!

Simple but fun submitted by npcamp on July 25, 2023, 9:14am This is a movie that knows what you want and gives it to you: Mario and friends jumping on stuff, driving cars, and bonking Koopas. Is the plot going to stick with you? No. Does it look like what you imagined Mario to look like when you played the games? Yes. Is it fun? Definitely

The Super Mario Bros. Movie submitted by yufamily on August 8, 2023, 11:29am Mamamia! Mario and Luigi are so cute.
