Lights of Baltimore submitted by yufamily on July 18, 2023, 8:36am Back in 2015 when Freddie Gray died, Barak Obama was in office yet racial tension could not be mitigated... Having a black president is helpful but it takes raising the awareness of racism in the entire nation to make positive steps to eliminate racial hatred.
