Fierce women, mother/daughter theme submitted by mowjac on February 10, 2023, 1:58pm What an amazing story--based on the real Dahomey Amazons, this follows a young recruit on her training. Themes of colonialism, slave trade, women's power and mothers and daughters it is a fierce and ultimately, loving tale.
