The Rock has a performance like Nicolas Cage is famous for - no display of emotions. Darth Vader has more facial expressions.
The story makes no sense and no one cares about the characters with questionable superpowers. The end fight is one of the worst. Besides, was there anything else than fights?

DC at its most mediocre submitted by kaymbre on July 26, 2023, 5:44am So, I finally saw Black Adam, and well, it was okay, I guess. I mean, the action scenes were pretty cool, and Dwayne Johnson did his stoic best as the lead, but the overall story felt a bit underwhelming. It's like DC just can't catch a break with their superhero movies. They keep trying, but it's just not clicking for me. The plot lacked depth, and the character development was lacking, leaving me feeling disconnected from the whole thing. I hoped for more, but it's just another forgettable addition to DC's mixed bag of superhero films.
