Lily and her ex-husband, Ryle, have just settled into a civil coparenting rhythm when she suddenly bumps into her first love, Atlas, again. It’s…ok submitted by Bethybeth07 on June 27, 2023, 3:41pm I had higher expectations for this book. It sort of falls flat for me and seems to be too focused on the previous book. It was heavy and depressing and not what I’d hoped.

Sequel submitted by ehautman on July 25, 2023, 11:49pm This story takes off right where "It Ends with Us" ends.. It doesn't give back story and just jumps right back in, so I would recommend avoiding unless you have already read "It Ends with Us". If you enjoyed the first book, you will probably enjoy this one as well. There are definitely sad and deeper parts to it, but overall I really enjoyed it.

Unrealistic view of the results of abuse submitted by amym on August 4, 2023, 4:57pm Everyone ends up oh so happy, despite the abuse they suffered when they were kids. One character has been rejected by both parents, has been physically abused, but happily settles into life with a brother he never knew. Everyone is perfect except the abusive ex-husband. I didn't enjoy it very much.
