Good fun! submitted by grj1996 on March 29, 2023, 7:33pm A light, very enjoyable read for everyone of the Dungeons & Dragons genre. I thought it was a great. A female orc gets tired of adventuring and opens a coffee shop. This is her story. 5 stars.

Fun read! submitted by ValerieL on June 9, 2023, 4:33pm This is a light read about an orc who gets tired of only being known for fighting and adventuring, so she settles down and opens a coffee shop. While it got a little slow in spots, it was a fun tale to read. "Watching" people experience coffee for the first time was great. I really enjoyed it and look forward to more from this author!

For those who miss Terry Pratchett submitted by mjuddhoffman on June 13, 2023, 11:05am This novel was a lot of fun, and is definitely sad in a sword and sorcery, D&D-style world. But, it also felt a lot like a Discworld novel to me: watching a café come into being in a world that knew nothing of lattes and biscotti was amusing, and the main characters are all heart.

This is a short fantasy and a wonderful found family story. So many people recommended this to me, that I had to read it, so now I'm recommending it too, and I hope you will read it as well! I only wish I could try some of the delicious baked goods that are described!
