"In a story now being echoed in recent breaking news stories about IRS persecution of Trump foes such as former FBI head James Comey and others, Cohen details -- in his inimitable blunt language, with absolutely no holds barred and naming names -- his attempt to clear his name and tell the truth about Donald Trump. Chillingly, he also makes clear what happens when you try to speak truth to power, and the power knows no bounds." --Publisher

Michael Cohen’s book is a detailed account of his experience with Donald Trump and the legal system, and the national fallout from the trump years and what they have unleashed upon us. I like Cohen’s straightforward style. Not being a law student or attorney, I didn’t require the legal notes about his situation, but I think they could be important for some people. Cohen does include his recommendations for changes he believes are essential to safeguard and shore up the Department of Justice from further corruption and weaponization.
