nice projects submitted by ssands on July 24, 2022, 4:43pm I think many of the projects are lovely. I especially like the idea of making large, linear, embroidery on a plain shirt. Another idea that seems artistically freeing is to print with ink, or iron on inkjet paper, or a custom digital fabric service, then embroider over that. My disappointment is that I expected to see embroidery in the style of botanical illustrations, although the title doesn't actually use the word "illustration." So maybe I shouldn't have hoped for that.
