Oh the noodles you'll make! submitted by eileenw on June 12, 2022, 12:26pm There is no doubt that these authors LOVE noodles. Their love, joy, and playfulness are on full display, along with delicious photos, puns, and noodle-ish-ness slang.

This book doesn't take itself too seriously and doesn't claim to be highbrow. It does claim (and deliver) on comfort food. I'm using it to mix up some of my tried-and-true noodle repertoire and keep from getting stuck in a rut.
