Cook and prep times are off

The recipes all have reasonable weeknight dinner cook + prep times. Sadly, those times are way off for some recipes. The Egg Bake, in particular, took our family 2x the specified time for both prep and in the oven.
Recipes are tasty, but not realistic timing.
