It wouldn't take much... submitted by jibkidder on June 23, 2022, 11:03pm ... to turn this into a good film, but as it stands - so boring. It could have been an exciting true crime thriller, but it almost took pains to ensure it wasn't thrilling. Probably the most boring murder I've ever seen on screen. It could have been a comedy - Jared Leto's just absolutely ridiculous Super Mario performance didn't achieve that, but hinted at its possibility. To find a comparably boring biopic, you'd have to seek out an Oliver Stone movie like the Bush one.
