The directors and producers have zero respect for historical truth, but instead yield to the illiterate, unwashed masses who go and see them and make them so they will enjoy them, and historical accuracy be damned.

At first I really hated this movie. I had seen Adam Driver play Mauricio Gucci just the other day in another movie, and he did not even bother to change his... hairstyle to be historically accurate. It was as if Gucci had time traceled to the Middle Ages! RIDICULOUS.

WHile this movie seemed, for its first few scenes, to follow the accursed recipe above, it became better towards the end. The three narratives from different points of view were a refreshing change from the idiotic recipe.
