No mixer and don't want to rely on elbow grease? No problem! submitted by S_H on August 28, 2022, 6:57pm No knead bread doesn't require special equipment, you don't have to have rock hard arm muscles, and it tastes good. All you need is time. There are a number of no knead bread cookbooks on the market. What sets this one apart from some of the others is that it is solely focused on whole grain, which performs wonderfully using a no knead approach. I wouldn't say the book is packed full of recipes, but the recipes in it are good.
