80s Synth Pop submitted by Meginator on July 12, 2023, 10:34am This album is pure 80s synthesizer-driven pop, incredibly easy to dance to but not without some substance to it. The songs are just different enough from one another to make the album-length experience a good one, although the group isn’t one for much stylistic variety. Musically, this album bridges the gap between disco and New Wave, and it’s a lot of fun even if it is definitely a product of its time. But hey, if you’re up for a hit of nostalgia for the glory days of synth-pop, this is a great choice.
