Makes Chinese baking accessible to Americans submitted by saturn on July 19, 2023, 7:37pm This cookbook is great! I love Chinese baked goods and have tried making them before, with mixed results. This cookbook had recipes for all the things I want to make and Kristina Cho explains techniques really clearly (with pictures). I made Chinese puff pastry successfully on my first try!
