Detailed Cookie Cookbook submitted by S_H on August 27, 2023, 4:04pm This is not the cookbook you want to grab if you're looking for less traditional vegan, no sugar, gluten-free, keto, etc. type cookie recipes, but it is a good book to grab if you're looking for well-tested traditional cookie recipes. Ingredients are listed by weight but also by cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons for those who do not have a kitchen scale. Depending upon the recipe, instructions are provided for how to mix the dough by hand, by stand mixer, or by food processor, and some recipes give the reader the choice of which method to use.
