Answers Some Pressing Questions submitted by Meginator on August 22, 2022, 10:06am This book answers some fundamental questions about Santa from children who live in the city, explaining how the folk tales fit into an environment that is usually ignored in typical holiday stories. The story follows a young girl as she wanders through New York asking the adults around her about Santa Claus; the illustrations bring the city to life and add to the atmosphere that brings this book to life. Jackson’s solutions to the various “how does Santa” questions are clever and, alongside the book’s diverse cast, make for a book that will reflect many readers’ reality while spreading good old-fashioned Christmas cheer.
