"First published in hardcover in Great Britain by Viking, London, 2021"--Title page verso.
"Richard Osman is back with everyone's favorite mystery-solving quartet, and the second installment of The Thursday Murder Club series is just as clever and warm as the first-an unputdownable, laugh-out-loud pleasure of a read"-- Provided by publisher.
Elizabeth has received a letter from an old colleague, a man with whom she has a long history. He's made a big mistake, and he needs her help. His story involves stolen diamonds, a violent mobster, and a very real threat to his life. As bodies start piling up, Elizabeth enlists Joyce, Ibrahim and Ron in the hunt for a ruthless murderer. And if they find the diamonds too? Well, wouldn't that be a bonus?

A proper who-done-it submitted by on June 11, 2022, 2:28pm I laughed, I cried, I was lead astray. Richard Osman is a phenomenal author who truly has a gift for creating characters that I wish I knew in real life.

Excellent sequel submitted by kkrasity on June 20, 2022, 2:38pm I had high hopes for this mystery after I thoroughly enjoyed the The Thursday Murder Club, and I'm delighted that it firmly met--or even exceeded--them. The mystery is very engaging, and Osman has a knack for writing the most heartwarming characters and relationships. I can't wait for the third installment!

The Thursday Murder Club Returns submitted by mowjac on July 23, 2022, 11:59am Possibly the most delightful group of seniors ever. This fun and twisty mystery is s worthy successor to the first Thursday Club Murder. Long may Richard Osman bring Ibrahim, Joyce, Elizabeth, and Ron into our lives!

a bit more gruesome this time around submitted by camelsamba on August 11, 2022, 10:55pm The foursome are still fun and funny, but the details are a bit more gruesome in this story. And oh, Ibrahim. My heart ached for him.

The gang’s back together submitted by mandevil on February 25, 2023, 9:22pm Wicked, wacky and delicious

Still love the thursday murder club submitted by alharman1022 on July 5, 2023, 4:06pm I feel like the first book really steals the show but this one continued to be an enjoyable read

Keeping on Reading with the Thursday Murder Club crew submitted by JennJenn on July 18, 2023, 8:37am This book was a great sequel to the first Thursday Murder club crew. In true Osman form, just when you think you have something figured out -hold on things may change.

I want to join! submitted by Gr33nl3af on August 9, 2023, 11:06am This book truly made me laugh out loud! When I get old, I want to join the Thursday Murder Club...oh, wait. I am old! Love this series!
